Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation says “and Guest”, or is addressed to you and your partner, then yes! Our goal is to keep our wedding weekend as intimate as possible with our nearest and dearest. Due to venue size restrictions we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

We prefer your little ones stay stateside so you can fully relax and enjoy your vacation. However, if not being able to bring your child is what is preventing you from attending, please reach out to us directly.

Is there a dress code?

Let your Italian summer wardrobe dreams come to life. Think long dresses, bright colors, and lightweight fabrics. Weather permitting, all wedding related events will be taking place outdoors. Ladies, please consider that the property is largely grass and gravel when selecting shoes. See schedule page for more details on each event.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Official RSVP deadline is TBD! However, if you know in advance if you are or are not able to attend, please feel free to text Kevin or Ellie directly.

How do I book a room at the Borgo?

Once you RSVP and share the dates you plan to spend at the Borgo, Kevin and Ellie will begin manually assigning rooms. Some guests will be assigned hotel-style rooms in the main Borgo building, while groups may be assigned to one of the many apartment-style rooms onsite. Please do not book through the Borgo’s website.

How much do rooms cost? How do we pay?

Your stay is charged at a per person rate. The first 2 nights of your stay are 145 euro per person per night, and each subsequent night is 130 euro per person. You pay for your stay upon check out from the Borgo.

Will there be somewhere to purchase food at drinks?

There is a restaurant at Borgo Casabianca. Complimentary breakfast will be served everyday between 8:00-10:30 am. Dinner will be provided Thursday and Friday as part of the festivities. Lunch is available for purchase at the restaurant everyday between 12:30-3:00 pm.

What should I bring with me?

Travel Documents (physical and digital copy), Type F, L, or C chargers , Euros (We are unsure if all the stores and restaurants in the nearby town accept credit), Portable Charger, Personal Toiletries, Water and snacks in the event you do not want to purchase these on-site, good vibes!

Should I bring gifts to the wedding?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to give us a gift, please see our ‘Registry’ page or feel free to bring an envelope. We will be traveling after the wedding and therefore kindly ask that you do not bring any physical gifts with you.
